By accessing or using Tiki Taka ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform. Tiki Taka reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Service description
Tiki Taka is a football matchday platform that provides live scores, AI-powered match predictions, a Telegram bot (Taka Bot), league hubs, aggregated news, AI-generated match articles, and a prediction game. The platform covers 20+ leagues and competitions, with more being added regularly worldwide using real-time data from API-Football. All features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
AI predictions disclaimer
AI predictions displayed on Tiki Taka are probabilistic estimates generated by machine learning models using historical match data, team form, head-to-head records, and market odds. These predictions are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, or professional guidance of any kind. You should not rely solely on AI predictions when making any decisions, including but not limited to gambling or wagering decisions. Tiki Taka does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any prediction. Past prediction performance does not guarantee future results. The confidence percentages displayed represent the model's statistical assessment, not a guarantee of outcome.
AI-generated content
Match preview and recap articles on Tiki Taka are generated by AI using data from API-Football and processed through BytePlus ARK language models. These articles are clearly labeled as AI-generated content. While the AI is constrained to use only verified match data and is prohibited from inventing statistics or fabricating information, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Tiki Taka reviews AI-generated content but does not guarantee its accuracy in all cases.
Data accuracy and availability
Live scores, match statistics, standings, and other data are supplied by third-party providers, primarily API-Football. This data may contain delays, inaccuracies, or temporary gaps. Tiki Taka makes reasonable efforts to ensure data quality but does not guarantee real-time accuracy or completeness. Service uptime and feature availability are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice.
News aggregation
The news section aggregates football news from external sources. Tiki Taka does not produce original news content. Each news item links to the original source publication. Tiki Taka respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and publishers. If you believe your content has been used inappropriately, please contact us through our contact page.
User accounts and the prediction game
Account creation is optional. You can access live scores, predictions, news, and league pages without signing in. If you choose to sign in through Telegram, you gain access to the prediction game and personalized features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. Prediction game scores, streaks, and leaderboard positions are public. Tiki Taka reserves the right to remove accounts or reset leaderboard data if abuse, manipulation, or automated submissions are detected.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the platform in a way that degrades service quality for other users; attempt to manipulate prediction game leaderboards through fraudulent means; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform; use the platform to promote gambling, betting services, or any illegal activity; reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Tiki Taka's content without written permission.
Intellectual property
The Tiki Taka name, logo, design, and original content (including AI-generated articles) are the property of Tiki Taka. Third-party trademarks, team names, league names, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used on Tiki Taka for identification purposes only. Match data is provided under license from API-Football.
Limitation of liability
Tiki Taka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tiki Taka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on AI predictions, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
